Guess Player Information

Secondary carded players will be considered guest players. A player may play for only one team during the tournament and only players listed on the tournament roster will be permitted to participate in the tournament.

Up to 3 guest players for U8 - U10
Up to 4 guest players for U11 - U14

Guest players must have all the same info as normal rostered players;
1) Players card
2) Same team uniform
3) Unique uniform number
4) Medical release form
5) Copy of the roster for the team they play on

Unfortunately this documentation is all for insurance purposes. We need to make sure everyone is a legitimate travel soccer player.
